Main Responsibilities:

• Design IT architectures, both on-premise and on cloud, with reference to operating platforms, middleware components, storage and network components,
• Monitor/Audit/Maintain the architectures in use,
• Design, plan and verify high reliability and disaster recovery solutions,
• Structure and implement internal security measures and build the Data Recovery Plan
• Installation and configuration of containerization platforms
• Installation and configuration of storage equipment

Who we are looking for:

• Degree: First or second level degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology
• Seniority: At least 5 years of proven experience in Infrastructure/Cloud administration and networking
• Desired skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies with focus on VMware vCenter 6.x/8.x. ed Hyper-V
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud systems, with focus on AWS/Azure
  • In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
  • Excellent knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies
  • Excellent networking knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems (desktop and server)
  • Excellent knowledge of network security and configuration of security devices (Fortigate)
  • Experience in installing and configuring DB Clustering with Docker
  • Experience in installing postgres in active/active and pgpool configuration
  • Knowledge of Veeam backup system, monitoring systems, remote deployment
  • Knowledge of GCP cloud systems
• Languages:
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
